FamilyCare School Based Health Mobile Unit provides medical services to the students and staff at schools around the St. Albans area. We offer testing for acute illness such as Flu, Strep, and Covid, perform sports physicals, well child examinations, and vaccinations.

 

Sarah Buch, DMS, PA-C is the medical provider on the St. Albans Mobile Unit.

 

Servicing George C. Weimer Elementary and McKinley Middle

Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45-2:30

 

Other schools serviced include:

Anne Bailey Elementary

Monday 8:00-12:00 and Friday 8:00-1:45

 

St. Albans High School

Monday 12:00-3:00 and Wednesday 9:00-3:00
